- Free lifestyle consultation and personalised program updated regularly
- Complimentary towel & toiletries
- 20% discount on food and beverage consumed by the member at Monty’s Bar Lounge or 2 AA Rosette Caprice Restaurant
- Full use of the facilities, which includes 19m indoor heated Pool with Sun Loungers, large Gym with latest Life Equipment, Sauna and Steam Room and Essence Dosing
- Pool side cocktail and brassiere menu service
We offer 3, 6 and 12 month memberships to provide flexibility to our members
If you’re planning to only visit us during the day, off-peak membership offers are great value for money, with access between 09:30am and 4:30pm Monday to Friday and 07:00am and 10:00am Saturday and Sunday. Pool opening hours 06:30am – 22:00pm unsupervised.
